About the Instructor:

Trish loves to use yoga to create community. There is an intention to connect herself and all of her students together through physical movement and breath in each of her classes. She uses her knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics to create an environment for all students to feel safe and grounded AND free and open. She encourages students to explore possibilities they are not even aware of on and off of the mat.

In 2001, Trish took her first yoga class at a gym and eventually explored various styles of yoga. She was drawn to Baptiste Power Vinyasa yoga because of the physical breakthroughs she experienced on her mat. She left classes knowing anything is possible off the mat too. Trish completed her first yoga teacher training at YogaOne Houston in 2011 and became a Baptiste Certified teacher in 2015. In addition to teaching yoga, Trish has a degree in behavioral neuroscience, is a doctor of physical therapy, and a professor of functional anatomy. She leads the anatomy component of RYT 200 and RYT 300 trainings and various workshops. She believes life happens when people connect and that yoga has the power to make connections happen in unimaginable ways.

Trish now calls Singapore home. “I have so much gratitude for my Baptiste yoga practice as it empowers me to lead from my heart, even when things seem new and overwhelming here.” Trish is dedicated to sharing her yoga practice throughout Singapore and wherever she travels!
